"Many of the hotel guests seemed like unsavory characters, perhaps due to the hotel location. Most of the common areas, like the hallways/corridors and elevator were not clean. On the plus side at least one of the reception clerks was very helpful in dealing with a room key issue. "

"The hotel was OK for what it is. Two things really are going for this property is the buffet breakfast and the pool area. The pool is heated and the pancake/sausage/egg/toast/muffin/fruit/potatoes breakfast is just what you need for a parkday, before and after. The things that brought this hotels rating down for me was the cleanliness. Our room seemed fine except for the bathroom. It almost seems like the bathroom got skipped for our room before we checked in. The towels had some sort of yellow crust on them(towel/hand towel/washrag set up) and the toilet had some excrement on the outside that could easily be seen. We checked in late, so we exchanged the towels and my husband wiped it, but gross. Outside of the excrement(again gross), the hotel could use some updating and minor repairs like having a quicker function AC to more efficiently cool down the room(it took forever to get to 72 at night) and fixing door handles(the one for our bathroom fell off)."

"The toilet was not connected to the wall and pipes exposed in the back. Also rocked when sat upon. Same with shower head, pipes exposed and hanging out the wall. No water pressure at sink at all. Had to wash hands at bathtub faucet. Black spots splattered on ceiling above bed. Mold on curtains above AC unit. Old Spice sticker stuck to smoke detector above bed and hanging down. Overall the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at, and I usually gravitate towards this hotel chain as they are usually pretty decent. Hotel staff member at check in very rude. Would not recommend staying at this hotel."
