"We arrived around 11.30pm as we drove up from Berlin. We called in advance and was notified of our room hence when we got to the front desk (there was no one there), we could pick up our keys and head towards our room with ease.
The room was extremely clean with bedding and towels. We checked out at approximately 9.45am as we were heading to Heide Park.
Do take note that there are no blackout curtains in the room so it was extremely bright from 6am onwards.

"Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklärte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "
