The staff are always great, especially the front desk. The room wasnt ideal because it was positioned next to the walk through area near the coffee machines. Therefore lots of noise on the first night.

Exceptional staff

The hotel staff whether it be check-in or kiychen/bar staff were exceptional. Very warm and approachable. The only compldint would be that the room fekt cold, but this was addressed with an additional blanket.

Very Relaxing and Kinda Funky!

This hotel has some wonderful features, such as the tea and coffee stations with water (available 24/7), cookies and candy, and a very eco-friendly commitment. Also, a few steps from a bus station, and - the best part - we were able to rent e-bikes! We rode 92km in a day! However, our room was a bit dated, and the layout of the building is a bit challenging for luggage and handicap access. It is an old property and they do the best they can with it, but you feel like you're going up and down steps a lot.

Die Beschreibung von Expedia das diese Unterkunft trotz barrierefreier Zimmer keinen Fahrstuhl hat ist falsch! Das Hotel hat einen Fahrstuhl sodass die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken auch barrierefrei erreichbar sind. Wegen der fehlerhaften Angabe von Expedia buchte ich ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, hier war die Aussicht leider nicht so schön. Trotz Lage an einer Bundesstraße liegt das Hotel schön ruhig im Grünen. Das Frühstück ist eher originell als konventionell aber gut wenn man's mag. Das wenige Personal räumt eher ab als das es nach legt. Dafür ist das Personal an der Rezeption sehr engagiert den Gast zufriedenzustellen was ihnen sehr gut gelingt. Allerdings fehlen im Zimmer Informationen zum Aufenthalt (wie z. Bsp. zur Heizungsbedienung) komplett was Nachfragen an der Rezeption überhaupt erst nötig macht. 2-3 Sätze auf dem Schlüsselkartenheftchen zu Frühstückszeiten und Auschecken und ein QR-Code darauf sind eher modern denn persönlich, dabei hat das Hotel eine sehr schöne Broschüre von sich - im Internet als PDF. Warum nicht gedruckt im Zimmer? Insgesamt war ich dennoch zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt, für die fehlerhaften Informationen von Expedia kann das Hotel nichts und an dem Anderen kann man noch arbeiten, immerhin gibt es in der Lobby Informationsmaterial.

Geht, aber lieber woanders übernachten.

Vier große Insekten im Zimmmer / Bad, die Heizung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert (Luft), der Haltegriff in der Dusche war lose, die Duschkabine ist sowieso schon sehr klein, wird aber durch den Haltegriff und die vorgesetzte Mischerbatterie nochmal enger. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, die Fenster kaum zugänglich. Sonst war's eigentlich OK. Aber für den Preis von 94€ ohne Frühstück überteuert, Das Frühstück für 17,50 habe ich mir verkniffen - nix wie weg. Im Hotel gibt es nichts, außer eine Bar im Haupthaus, ich war im abgesetzten Klostergebäude und Im Ort gibt es auch keine Infrastruktur (laut freundlicher Rezeption).
