The hotel is in a great location. All the best sights of Sofia are within walking distance. There are many restaurants in the area. And it is also close to transit lines. It doesn't have much in amenities but it is easy to access. And the elevator is convenient. The bed was quite comfortable. And there's a grocery store right next to the hotel. All in all, it was a great stay.

Very central location, wkth metro and tram connections, restaurants and supermarket nearby. The 1st floor with a small balcony was excellent value! Free coffee and smiling reception, easy remote check in /out.

A self serve hotel- they require you to check in online and they give you the passcodes via email. There is no staff at the front desk so it was hard to ask for requests. I requested for soap to be filled up and the whats app support said "please ask when there is someone at the reception" but in the 3 days i was there, there was no one in reception ever. They never responded back to my request. The bathroom also did not drain properly and often flooded, causing the whole bathroom to be wet. Besides the above, the room was comfortable and they provided adequate pillows and doonas. We got the suite so it was a massive space for 2 people. The location is very close to supermarkets and sites as well as different modes of public transport.

Great room with everything I needed for a short stay. Very clean, and fresh towels daily. The room was quiet warm and the Aircon seemed ineffective, however I would stay again but bring lighter nightwear.

This hotel was easy to check into, was quiet, was clean, and located in an excellent part of town. The noon checkout was great for a late flight out of Sofia. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the city center of Sofia!
