"The bed was so tilted at an angle that I had to put a pillow under it to get it level and I could feel the springs through the mattress. I also requested non smoking room but they only had smoking available. They wouldn’t cancel my reservation but were able to get me in a non smoking room for most of my reservation but I had to switch during the middle of my stay to a smoking room, so I just went and stayed somewhere else because the smoking rooms smelled terrible.
