"First of all, the staff were really professional and nice. The viewfrom the room was great, too. One drawback is that I wish I could have known in advance on the website that I needed to wear aqua shoes to enter the infinity pool. Also, I didn't quite understand why the check-in process starts at 3 PM. Even if entering the room is from 3 PM, I wish I could have checked in earlier."
"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. Several of the staff spoke English which was very helpful. They gave excellent recommendations of where to go and what to do. Exceptional service and very clean property. There was an intern there who spoke fluent English who spent a lot of time helping us figure out our plans. Overall we were very happy! Highly recommend this property."
"The room was pretty much a no frills room. Had induction stove top but no pans, dishes or silverware. Had a washing machine but not hooked up. No bidet. The elevator was a mess. Five floors of parking and 21 floors of rooms. During busy times had to wait for several cars before actually getting on. There weren’t enough parking so the guests were parked on the ramps or where ever they found a spot. The TV was programmed to shut off and couldn’t cancel the auto shut off. It definitely was challenging stay."
