We have 4 yr & 9 yr old children. When we stay, we have rainy day. But we can enjoy inside pool with warm water. There are small slide for 4 yr old girl and a swimming pool for 9yr old boy. The free wifi is too slow.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ingenia Soldiers Point. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and all other facilities like ball pool, jumping pad and play ground. Facilities are well maintained and staff were extremely friendly.only thing that doesn’t satisfy was the Wi-fi. We were hardly able to connect it at the property, but it was a bit better outside the property. Overall, very good experience and will come back again.

Great place to stay with kids - unfortunately the indoor pool was closed twice :( no supervision or restrictions for the pools which made it a little unsafe but other then that was a great stay for all ages from age 2 to 8 my kids are.

Perfect for little kids
Had a fantastic stay with our toddler and baby recently. Hard to imagine a more perfect place for 3 year olds (any age really). So many fun options like the jumping pad and indoor playground, together with all the natural elements around the site and the excellent customer service. Having restaurant options next door and different beaches within 15mins drive just caps it off. Will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying at a Big 4/caravan park. We stayed in the Kentia cabin with our two year old. We were very pleasantly surprised by the facilities and all the activities for children and families. The cabin itself had plenty of room for us. Everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay. Beds were super comfy too! The shower is above a bath which wasn’t an issue. And the bath was amazing! So big. We actually had the three of us in it one night lol. Had some beautiful birds visit us each day and ate out of my hand. (Being careful not to attract the ibis). Our daughter loved the under 5 indoor play area. And the big jumping pillow was awesome. The pools looked great but didn’t end up going in ourselves. The indoor one felt warm and seemed popular with the kids. We used the washing machines too. They take $1 and $2 coins and they had free washing powder. If you forget your coins you can get change from the reception. We went to the soldiers club and the pub which are right next door. Amazing food and so close. Each morning a coffee cart arrives around 8am and there was also a fresh seafood can that came around one day too. Movies to borrow for the dvd player are at reception as are some lollies and drinks and basic snacks. The only things that we would have loved would be a fitness room for mum and dad to get away ;) and for the cabins to be dog friendly. We did see dogs there but only at caravan sights. We were so impressed.

There was a massive poo skid mark in the toilet, lipstick on the mugs, they didn’t even know I was coming so I couldn’t check until 230 This wasn’t the staffs fault they were very accommodating and nice but it was a bit disappointed for the price I paid

Great for kids: indoor pool was heated. Next to a club for lunch/dinner options & playground for kids. Wish we stayed longer… tried to book a night on our way home, but weekend prices were too expensive at $480 per night :(

Comfortable stay. The park is super family friendly, the jumping pillow, playground and indoor pool was great fun for our toddler.

Caravan park not a resort

We loved the outdoor pool with the slide and kid club events. We also liked the proximity to the beach but more so the jetty for fishing. Our cabin was clean and had most things you would expect. Could have had a bigger pot for cooking but that was manageable. Stayed in the Bungalow cabin and the deck was facing inward away from drive which was quiet but also looked ditectly into another cabin. Wish we spent the extra money to have one of the cabins with bbq and deck that faced outward. But it was still a great time. Not really value for money but that is to be expected at this time of year. The front desk was lovely as was the young lady running the kids club events...would have loved the option to just drop the kids and leave for that extra r&r time but understand safety concerns!! Thanks for the great memories!

We loved our week here. Very helpful and friendly staff who pumped up our boat tyre and accommodated out car and boat. We will be back - perfect for kids!
