“I should get a refund. I couldn't wait to leave. The room was big but old and ugly. The windows were dirty couldn't hardly look outside. The bathtub was cracked . They only left 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 bath towells for , 4 days and 2 people. No hand towels available all those days. I saw 1 of the employees step on a mouse that ran in the lobby with his shoe until it was flat. It was totally inhumane and disgusting seeing him put all his weight on the mouse. Then he walked away...
