"Great quiet location. 10 minutes from beach. Friendly reception. The beds were comfy. We were offered discounts at roof top restaurant at sister's hotel. Nice view but meal was so salty, nor able to eat. Would not recommend. Arranged tour of 3 islands for us, was very nice. "

Pensez à apporter de la nourriture car à Holbox le choix des aliments est limité et cher. L’hôtel est loin du centre de Holbox. La marche se fait bien lorsqu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de soleil. "Awesome location, directly across the street from the beach. No AC in main part of house. AC ran great in all bedrooms. Hot tub was not operational, and there was not toilet seat on one of the toilets. Manager said owner was shipping one from US, but never arrived. No daily housekeeping, refrigerator did not get or stay cold. And taxis we arranged for pick up to leave, never arrived. We were allotted one towel per person, and had to ask to get them changed out. For girls that use towels...

"We had a wonderful time at Isla Holbox, this is my 3rd trip, and one of my favorite warm holiday spots! This time, I was with my two grandchildren, they loved staying at the fabulous home. The photos are very realistic, and the home is gorgeous, clean, quiet, safe and beautifully decorated. My only recommendation would be to improve the quality of the bed pillows. The beds were super comfortable, the pillows could use a refresh. Don't let that stop you from staying here - it was a 9.999 out...

Nos apoyaron en todo: transporte privado desde el aeropuerto hasta Chiquilá, ferry de ida y vuelta, traslados al hotel, organización de tours y hasta masajes relajantes. Los restaurantes dentro del hotel son exquisitos, con platillos de primera calidad y una atención impecable. Realmente no hay necesidad de salir del hotel, ¡tienen todo lo que uno puede desear! "If you don't want to be near the centre, this is perfect. The manager is exceptional - and works long hours (but there isn't a permanently manned reception, so service may not be available promptly). Rooms are basic - no fridge, would have liked a filtered water dispenser in the hotel and I had to move to have a room with a desk and chair (not all have them). I can't fault the service or cleanliness. You can see the sea - on the horizon, between buildings- but it isn't on the beach."
