Immer hilfsbereit und hat schnell geantwortet. Das Apartment war gut ausgerüstet, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, war blitzblank als wir angekommen sind und die Umgebungen sehr ruhig. “Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbau im historischen Ortskern von Solingen Gräfrath gelegen. Entsprechend niedrig sind die Decken. Schlüsselübergabe via Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert. Der erste Eindruck war ernüchternd. Düstere „Terrasse“ hinter dem Eingang, enge, steile Treppe mit Wandschäden und eine Wohnung mit kleinen, niedrigen Räumen. Und einem leicht modrigen Geruch. "This is 6th visit here. I like this hotel as it's very clean and comfortable. But,this time I was disappointed. The sink and bath were clogged, so, I left message, but, there was no response at all. So, it was really inconvenient. Also, when I checked out, the invoice was wrong, but, there was no apology and I needed to wait for around 30 minutes. I hope it will be improved next time. "

"Overall it’s quite comfortable and good. Especially breakfast is. But the receptionists duty on daytime, are not kind and pretty much arrogant. Don’t know why, they never smiled, or talking the details very well. Except the reception daytime guy, all are not bad "
