We had a problem that the staff in the tower couldn't help with, but the staff in the suites building were to able to solve easily. "Starting with hotel in general , its 4 star and lives up to 4 star. Clean, well maintained, polite and professional staff. Great food! breakfast lunch and dinner buffets are excellent. If you like cake you will love this hotel :-) Very close the beach and the town centre. Car rental place right next door very convenient. The only downside was the standard of the room cleaners. With a 4 star hotel the expectation for a room clean is high, floors mopped,hoovering, dusting. we found we had to ask the reception twice to get our room done as expected. When it was done it was done well, but we shouldnt have to ask. That aside this was a nice stay and we would come again."
