A great place to stay, just back from the beach

Wonderful staff, all very helpful and engaging. The hotel is location near the centre of the town, back from the beach. It's very easy to walk to restaurants and cafes and bars. If you drive, the free parking available close to the hotel is a blessing. However, we would take public transportation if we returned. The gym and spa are enough, the pool area is tidy and welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent. All in all, a great place to stay!

Extremely friendly and informative staff. Excellent well stock breakfast buffet with vast selection of hot and cold options. Handy location approx 100m from the beach. The spa facilities were a nice bonus. My only slight fault was the bed would shift as it wasnt fixed to the ground, however i am confident that had i mentioned this to the lovely staff they would have sorted this for us. Overall 5 stars and would recommend.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is well situated just a short walk from the seafront. It’s clean & well maintained. Staff are very friendly. We had a superior room which is fairly spacious & comes with a balcony. A good pool area & we could always get a sun lounger. Breakfast was great and we would recommend an evening meal in the restaurant as the food is superb. A lovely hotel and a very nice resort with plenty of restaurants & cafes in close proximity.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Port Soller

The friendly greeting at reception made a great first impression. We had a very spacious room on the 3rd floor with amazing views of the sea and mountains. There was plenty of room for 3 of us with good wardrobe space and a good sized balcony. The bathroom was modern with separate walk-in shower and bath and lovely toiletries. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing with plenty of beds. We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked nice and had a good menu. Breakfast, sat outside near the pool was a wonderful way to start the day! We'd happily go back.

Great 4 star hotel. Close to the seafront and all amenities. You have trams to Soller and train to Palma.The staff are outstanding. It rained one day and they provided a number. I forgot my iPhone recharger and they provided one. They were great in booking restaurants for us . You need to book in advance here. The pool area is superb. No fighting for sunbeds. The breakfast was a great range of fresh fruit, cereals , cooked breakfast and breads. The only gripe I have is I stayed in room 109 . The standard rooms are very dark and very overlooked, with no balcony. But I would highly recommend this hotel for those on their own as the staff were so helpful and caring. I would return.
