We ended up taking Uber and taxis because public transport wasn't so easy, so that did add up quite a bit. The shower in one room wouldn't drain and flooded the bathroom, but the front desk staffer went himself to plunger it and resolve it quickly. It’s VERY nice neighborhood, mostly newish buildings with residences and offices but not a lot to do.
