"All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. The animation team was also very energetic and did a great job keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. The only negative point for me was the entertainment program. There were no Arabic, Egyptian, or oriental shows at all.
