"My stay at this hotel was very disappointing due to several issues. The biggest problem was that the room I was initially given had bed bugs. I woke up with multiple bites all over my body that became swollen and very uncomfortable. It was extremely disturbing and made me feel unsafe staying in the room. I immediately reported the issue to the staff, and although they did change my room, the experience had already affected my comfort and confidence in the hotel’s cleanliness.
In addition to that, the sink in my room was clogged when I checked in, which was another inconvenience. While maintenance eventually fixed it the next day, it should have been addressed before assigning the room to a guest.
Overall, even though the staff responded by changing the room and fixing the sink, the bed bug problem and maintenance issue made the stay unpleasant. I hope the hotel improves its room inspections, cleanliness standards, and maintenance checks so future guests do not face similar problems."
