"The hotel is super well located and from there it’s super easy to follow some hiking trails around the island. The views are absolutely amazing and even the way from tromso to Sommarøy it’s super enjoyable. The sauna is big and you can enjoy getting into the water to refresh and experience the artic temperatures 😉. The breakfast buffet was great, although I would have appreciated more variety for the lunch/dinner menu. We had luck and experience the aurora both nights we stayed in Sommarøy."
