"Dieses kleine Hotel besticht durch eine sehr gute Lage in einer Bucht am Nordost-Ufer des Balaton. Es ist aber definitiv nicht für Business-Reisende zu empfehlen, auch wenn das Personal freundlich war und ich sogar vor der offiziellen Frühstückszeit schon etwas vom Buffet nehmen durfte.
Die Elektro-Ladestation ist für größere Elektroautos nicht geeignet."

The only complaint was that the air conditioner did not cool the room enough, so we had to open the door, and the light woke us up very early in the morning. I would suggest curtains which block the light so that the guests can sleep late."
"I will start with positive first. I am a family guy with two young kids and experienced in using apartments and understand what a good standard would be in the same budget.
Good point. Communication was very clear and quick.
Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished. No hand wash in toilet and towels used were less than minimum and that too in different colours.
I reached quite late at night and the host did guide me well how to collect keys...

"When we came it was quiet because families already left. It is family friendly, so if you look for quite holiday ask the property for the right time."
