“I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed

“Das Hotel ist schön auf einem Felsvorsprung gelegen und bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Zimmerausstattung ist normal nicht überdurchschnittlich was uns dafür besonders gut gefallen hat waren die kostenlosen Wasserspender auf jeder Etage und auch das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr umfangreich und mit vielen frischen und saisonalen Produkten ausgestattet.
Rundum ein tolles Hotel und wenn man sich auf die Lange und den damit verbundenen Massentourismus einlässt ”
“L’hôtel n’est pas tout à fais neuf. Mais il reste raisonnable très très bien situé! A proximité restaurant plage il y avait même une fete foraine le soir.
Ils ne proposent pas de parking même si c’est ecris 15€ par nuit mais il y a un grand parking à 5-10 minutes à pieds.”

“Second year in a row me and husband come here! We asked for a room with a corner balcony and got it :) The hotel is nice, clean and have a good location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of options, just a bit crowded and you have to wait in line for some popular things, like the coffee.

“Amazing stay! Easily accessible with bus stops near that go to and from the airport, the beach and main front is only a 5 minute walk away. The rooms were tidy and spacious, and cleaners came often to provide new towels. I recommend everyone to take advantage of their outdoor pool! Would definitely stay again, Hotel Amazonas thank you you for providing a lovely place to stay! ”
“Das Hotel ist sauber und unsere zimmer waren frisch renoviert. Lobby und Pool auch sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück/Brunch bis 13:30 ist echt super - wir waren jedes Mal ein zweites Mal zum Mittagessen da. Insgesamt ein wirklich gutes Hotel nur wenige Minuten von Strand entfernt und in einer ruhigeren Lage.
Der einzige Nachteil ist dass die Wände und Türen wirklich extrem dünn sind. Wenn unsere zimmer Nachbarn ihre tür geöffnet haben, klang es so, als würde man unsere öffnen. Das hat uns nachts...
