"We really only needed a place to sleep and shower for a couple nights stay. The room was actually more clean than other places in the Phoenix Metro area. There were a couple of issues, like we had to use our cell phones to log into the WiFi in order for the TV to get any channels, and that went out for a while. The smoke detector was missing, and there were some stains on the walls. Could've used a rack of sorts to hang up our shirts. The property is clearly working towards having a more honest crowd stay there, and that is appreciate by those of us who come out of town for a weekend here and there. Overall the stay was what we needed, and I would use their facility again when coming up to Phoenix."

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at before; had it been a lower price range, I would adjust my expectations accordingly. The interior spaces (lobby, rooms, bar) are beautifully designed. However, most of the interactions I had with the staff were questionable at best. The pool was closed “for cleaning” for most of the day on a Saturday but then I was told by the same staff member that it was closed for a “private event”. The pool was the main reason I selected this property, so that we’d be able to easily access it with our spa visit. Instead they sent us to the pool on the completely other side of the property, which looked like a sad motel pool, bathroom was filthy. There’s no QR code/menu/phone number listed anywhere at the sad motel pool to be able to place a food order, so you just have to navigate it from the hotel website with the restaurant menu; you have to call the front desk to get connected to in room dining). It seemed like the person taking my order had no idea where this pool was located & asked me where it was. By the time we had lugged all of our bags to the second flr, we come to find the room keys were never activated. The stay seemed to be looking up when we got some great cocktails from the main bar in the lobby, but then come to find out when the pool finally reopened from the“cleaning/private party”, it took 45 min to get our drinks from the pool bar and they were incorrect. It was clear our server completely forgot to place the order"
