No toilet paper was available. 2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work. 3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked. 4. There was also a big separate room with a wardrobe. The bathroom was western standard. The hotel seemed relatively new, also the remarkable elevator, which brought us silently to the 4th floor.
