UN DESASTRE TOTAL

Hace 7 meses reserve una hab de luxe( 28 m2) con 2 camas de 110cm.Me dan una de 16m con una cama de 135cm. Me dicen q el hotel esta lleno y q no pueden hacer nada . En HOTELS.COM no me hacen ni caso . Tres horas despues aparece una habitación mas grande y con dos camas ( no la q yo había reservado) . Todo esto al mismo precio de mi reserva , es decir , un ROBO en toda regla . La atencion al cliente tanto del hotel como de hotels.com inexistente por no decir pesima . Jamas volvere a contratar nada con ellos ni ire a ese hotel .

Diseño del baño impactante

Buena situación, mala relación calidad-precio, precio excesivo por noche para la calidad de las habitaciones, habitación con muchas manchas en pared, mesa etc. Lo peor el baño, diseño peculiar e impactante, se oye y se ve absolutamente TODO al estar parte de la pared del baño colindando con la cama al descubierto.
