"Hotel was perfectly situated with many good shops and restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable with a great view but the coffeemaker had a mind of its own and the bathtub was difficult to drain. Also one of our welcome chocolates disappeared during housekeeping? But the staff was lovely, the spa was great and overall we had a good experience. "

"Everything was close by, within a couple minutes walk you were in the heart of the city. the only thing was that they have centralized heating and air, so they turn on heaters till April...then air. we went in march and rooms were warm so it was real stuffy in the rooms."
