Fantastic location right on the main pedestrian street in town. Effortless check-in. We stayed in a large triple room. Check-in was easy, and the breakfast, along with the ladies serving it, was terrific. I'd stay here again without a doubt.

Amazing location in Sorrento. The staff is wonderful, especially at breakfast, with plentiful food, prepared on site for you by them with kindness and dedication. Location is PERFECT, on Main Street where everyone walk all day. No cars at night. Some mild noise from outside didn’t affect our sleep. For sure we would come back to the same place.

What a cute and quaint little property. It’s right in the middle of a block full of shops and restaurants. Very beautiful very quiet, but the staff is incredible. Particularly the breakfast staff. The two ladies were phenomenal. Very caring and very attentive. This property is close to pretty much everything you would want to go and do or see.

Shouldn't be listed on hotels.com

No one available at reception till 2 pm. Hence no early check in, no one to help with luggage to the b&b at first floor (14 ft ceilings) no lift or handrails. Online pictures of rooms not available on hotels.com. owner told me we got the cheap rooms, but nothing else was listed. Linen and towels only changed every three days, 20 euro charge for clean linen, but we stayed 4 days, they did not change linen etc. Breakfast is good.

Perfect location, where you can feel the vibe of Sorrento. In the heart of everything around, makes you wanna discover the bliss of the place! The room was spacious, very clean and cozy. the best bed and breakfast I could have, thanks to Antonella and Nunzia - these women are so caring, kind and pleasant. Francesco is a great host and Ivan is very informative and caring, always with a big smile, made me feel safe.

We Loved It

The lodging is small and perfect for our needs. The very best part of our experience was the husband and wife team working as the staff. Breakfast in the morning was one of the highlights of our stay. There are only a handful of rooms, and everyone eats at a common table. The lady of the establishment cooks eggs to order, makes cappuccino, ham and eggs sandwiches, and more. During breakfast I met people from all over Europe. My wife sleeps in a bit, and when I asked for a cappuccino for her, an entire breakfast was delivered to our door. Rooms were impeccably clean. The only downside to Casa Sorrentina is there can be a bit of street noise at night. If we return to Sorrento, we will stay here.

A perfect stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The room was perfect and overlooked the main road. We loved the daily hustle and bustle of the town. Excellent location. Antinella and Nancy were the lovingest and sweetest each morning making breakfast and coffee; real gems that took pride in Casa Sorrentina. Ivan was so helpful and cheerful each day he came to work! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Bring earplugs for night because they do love to enjoy night night with music and dancing outside.

This location is very convenient for going anywhere in Sorrento. It is on the main walking street of Sorento. You can get a taxi from the port or the train station and it will take you to the main square and then you must walk a half a block to the entrance. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building that does not have an elevator so you will need to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The reception is not manned until 2:00pm and so you will need to wait until someone comes to open the door of the property. The room was a good size but there are no windows that look out onto a street. The bathroom has a nice shower with strong hot water. The room was not cleaned regularly and we had to ask for clean towels and additional toilet paper twice. The breakfast options are limited to pastries, sometimes cut-up fruit, scrambled eggs (even though they are fried for you when you come for breakfast, the ladies don't seem to know how to make anything else with the eggs), and a ham panini. The best thing about this place is its location.

It’s a guesthouse top of a shop without any amenities and services. Climb 2 floors on dirty stairs as there no elevators. Nothing provided except 1 set of towels. Breakfast only eggs, toast and cereal. Though rooms are clean. If you lock out or forget the room keys no one available at site to speak. Expedia must compensate and refund the room fees for incorrectly describing the property as hotel
