The communal areas were well kept and the staff were helpful. The breakfast was very good. Sometimes the pool could be a little busy as people not staying at the hotel used it too. The rooms were tired and needed a little re-decoration however the air conditioning was great. The room was cleaned each day.

Location was amazing, close to the centre and markets. Breakfast was a bit repetitive. No blackout curtains or blinds made it tough to sleep coming from different time zone. Water pressure in the shower was very bad. Our sink wasn’t draining and they took care of that within a day. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Maria in Sorrento. Anna, Giusy, and Iole were absolutely amazing throughout our visit. They were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with a nice selection of fresh items each morning. Our room was spotless and very well maintained. We stayed on the 5th floor and were fortunate to have a beautiful view of both the ocean and Mount Vesuvius, which made every morning special. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk of the center of town, making it easy to explore Sorrento’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The pool area on the first floor was lovely, and the bar served delicious food at very reasonable prices. Overall, we were extremely pleased with both the hotel and the outstanding service we received. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Villa Maria to anyone visiting Sorrento.
