Great stay at a superb total. Been visiting Sorrento area for over ten years and this was the best hotel we have stayed in. Staff were really efficient and couldn’t do enough.

Breakfast. Same everyday Concierge. Could have been far more helpful. Only quoted taxi options which are v expensive when could have told us about buses to nerano. Only quoted private boat tours to capris when could have told us about semi private. Shuttle. Advertises shuttle to town and back but gets booked up super early. Put on more shuttles! Hotel overall tho great and staff super friendly

A beautiful property right on the water with excellent coastal views and a private beach. It has a large pool and great gardens and has a great beachfront restaurant. Only about 10 minutes from the City Center and Ferry Docs.

This property was stunning from the moment you pass through the park grounds. Before you get to the hotel itself, you begin to decompress. you enter the lobby and are greeted by the whole of Sorrento/Naples Bay with Vesuvius in the background. It is stunning. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. The staff. the amenities, the food are all top rated. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, varied and FRESH..... cheeses, fruits, Italian coldcuts, traditional breakfasts to order from their chef's station, not to be missed. Your choice of the beach at the bay, or the saltwater pool. equally wonderful with the staff attentive to the guests whims, Dinners in the main dining room. or the beachside restaurant are great,,,,evening cocktails on the patio, with Vesuvius ever present,,, Attention by the staff was universally outstanding,,,, to name a few would be a slight on the rest,,,,,ALL OUTSTANDING.... Staff was very helpful in arranging day trips to Herculaneum and Amalfi boat cruises, We will be planning our next years trip to end at this property, to unwind, relax and savor all that Parc dei Principi and Sorrento have to offer. Stunning views, a heavenly garden, a wonderful breakfast. The most beautiful hotel in the Sorrento region. Many thanks to everyone, from the reception staff to the cleaning and restaurant staff. I cannot say enough on how helpful the staff was. We had an issue with the room the first day, Diane and Raja went out of their way in resolving issue and moved us to a different room. The staff at breakfast Marianna and her team was very welcoming and helpful and friendly. We had an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff was extraordinary. Their names were Angela Giuseppi the two bartenders. They made us a master class of drinks…. Andra was very helpful also …. I will say the whole entire staff goes over and beyond and the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful. Absolutely impeccable.. we will definitely be back this hotel is like being in a dream movie lol thank you very much.

Full Buffet Breakfast is included with views on the sea and Mt Vesuvius. Food variety was very good! Entire property and garden area very nice and beautiful sunsets on the patio in the evening. Bar food was so-so and pricy, we had one time by the pool but not again. Did not have lunch or dinner on property, went into town or got take out. Otherwise everything was really nice and staff very helpful. Regular shuttle service was nice as well.
