I cannot say enough on how helpful the staff was. We had an issue with the room the first day, Diane and Raja went out of their way in resolving issue and moved us to a different room. Full Buffet Breakfast is included with views on the sea and Mt Vesuvius. Food variety was very good! Entire property and garden area very nice and beautiful sunsets on the patio in the evening. Bar food was so-so and pricy, we had one time by the pool but not again. Did not have lunch or dinner on property, went into town or got take out. Otherwise everything was really nice and staff very helpful. Regular shuttle service was nice as well.

All the staff were amazing, kind and happy! I was disappointed with the breakfast. Although they had an egg station they only made omelettes and for the first three days there was no-one is sight. We were not offered or asked if we would like eggs so I did complain. It would be good to have fried and boiled eggs offered. Overall the food was disappointing. The beach and pool staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Check-in was not good. No explanation of amenities, no offer of a drink on arrival. The concierge was brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble. The overall theme was brilliant. So relaxing and one could not help but feel terribly spoilt. The evening room service was not up to scratch. One evening they did not even bother to knock to see if they could change towels etcetera. We were out a lot of the time and only ever had one evening where they turned down the bed and put slippers out. However, I do understand that perhaps we did not use our room sign as we should have done. I absolutely love this hotel. It is wonderful and felt the kindness oozing out of every member of staff. Gold stars to everyone.
