Immaculate lobby, rooms, dining area. Wonderful, helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast with vegan milk, yoghurt and snacks available on request. Great location. Only constructive feedback is please fix the poor flow from the shower head in room 203; shower was warm and bathroom fine otherwise. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will recommend it to all who visit Sorrento!

Amazing location and very clean spacious rooms. The staff was so friendly and helpful they helped me so much in booking my train. Highly recommend the best! Breakfast was also lovely!

The location was excellent — within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Sorrento’s main attractions. However, the hotel doesn’t have direct access to the beach. The hotel was very clean. There was a separate ironing room available. The hairdryer was quite old and not very powerful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average but offered enough variety.

A fine hotel.

A good place to stay, equidistant for a walk between Piazza Tasso and Marina Grande. A large comfy bed, a bath and excellent tv. Cheerful staff at all levels and a very good, diverse choice of breakfast.
