“The room was immaculate, but the customer service was subpar. Although I was switched from a room that didn’t have a working TV to another one that did, nonetheless, customer service needs to be greatly improved! And the toilet which I used the flush was too weak, so I had to unclog it myself.”

“Slightly off the main, busy part of the Playa Cabarete. A slight bit of a hike (10 to 15 minutes) to where most of the restaurants and grocery stores, kite/wing schools/rentals are, but I appreciate the quietness and security the place has to offer. The facility is modern, clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again.”
