We arrived late after the reception was already closed but got extremely good customer service before we arrived. Breakfast was very good, rooms clean and quiet.

We arrived pretty late and did not expect to be welcomed by the hotel's staff (we received check-in instructions in case the reception was closed). To ou surprise, they were waiting for us with a complimentary drink and a lot of friendly recommendations for dinner and activities in the area. They also changed our room for a bigger lakeside one with a great view. Our only regret was to only stay there one night.

Lovely little hotel, lots of privacy and nature, close to the ski station, very attentive and friendly staff, beautiful and cozy decoration. Amazing breakfast. Could have more vegan things too though. A really good stay, will return.

Huone oli siisti, mukava ja ilmastoitu.

Ihan kiva hotelli. Ilmastointi oli helteiden helpotus, myös hyvä uimaranta ja laituri siinä ihan vieressä. Harmittavaa oli että toinen kylpypyyhe oli jäänyt siivouksessa vaihtamatta ja oli likainen ja haiseva ! Onneksi oli omat pyyhkeet mukana.. Muuten huone ja kylpyhuone olivat siistit. Ihmetyttää vaan taas ettei hotelleissa pestä lavuaarin vedenlaskuaukon metalliritilää, on aina limainen ja keltainen, vaikka puhdistukseen menisi n. 5 sekuntia… Sängyt olivat hyvät.
