"This was my second time here at the hotel and as always the staff were helpful and veryy welcoming. The most comfortable stay. The hotel it self was clean and our rooms were cleaning sooo nicely and we had a nice surprise every time with the cleaner doing something decorative with the curtains or bed. I would definitely come back again and again to this property. All the staff at reception were always smiling happy and welcoming especially Achraf."

The big beautiful pool was literally a giant kiddie pool and this is over 2 weeks.. "The Riad style accommodation gave a sense of splendor and authenticity. The location was convenient being within the Medina and a 20 minute walk to the beach. The staff were warm and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. However basic in terms of amenities you have to factor in the price. There was a bit of loud building work going on which wasn’t ideal. Overall, would happily stay there again."

"I want to start off by giving a big big shout out to Soukayna. She made my check in seem seamless she She handled all the details like a true professional. I would look forward to saying hello to her in the morning she was that pleasant. As for the hotel it's okay the rooms don't have safes The free breakfast in my opinion was dismal no fruits no omelets could have been a whole lot better. As far as the location is concerned you're in the middle of nowhere but you are close to everything. Meaning you can't walk outside the hotel and go anywhere unless you have a car. I tried to get an in-driver once after 40 minutes someone finally accepted the ride and then called me up and told me he wanted double not the hotel's fault just the location. Lastly you cannot get anything delivered to this hotel. So your options are eating at the hotel's restaurant lunch and dinner had decent Buffet along with a menu. That's for the price I thought the price was fair if you compare it to the rest of 10 years at this time of year"
