L'hotel ne m'a jamais répondu malgré plusieurs relance pour l'organisation d'une navette depuis l'aéroport. Réussite de réservation d'une navette selon le personnel (un qui dit oui, un dit qui dit non), tarification à la tête du client. Personnel au comptoir qui ne fait pas l'effort de parler français. Ne vous regarde même pas pour traiter vos demandes. Présentation de l'hôtel et des services très sommaires, pas d'explications sur les différents restaurants, pas d'indications sur les horaires de la salle de sport ou de la piscine... Je m'attendais à mieux comme "accueil tunisien" L'hotel reste tout de même bien équipé sauf la salle de sport qui est désuète. Les animateurs sont jeunes et dynamiques. Le restaurant est très bien garni. Dommage que les plats changent en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée.

Nous revenons d'une semaine dans cet hôtel, du 4 au 11 avril 2025. Nous sommes ravis. Toutefois, il faut etre vigilant quant a la formule tout inclus choisie. Malheureusement l'hotel pratique trop de formules différentes, avec des suppléments "a la tête du client" : supplement boissons softs, boissons avec alcool, ou sans boissons.... Une fois que cela a été réglé, et que nous avons compris que nous ne beneficierions pas de toutes les prestations, car la saison commence en mai, nous avons pu profiter. L'hotel est a 5 min en taxi de la medina (15 ou 20 dinar le trajet) ou 30 min a pied. C'est très sympa a faire et refaire. La restauration a l'hotel est vraiment de qualité, avec beaucoup de choix, c'était tres bon. Et les animateurs sont dynamiques, jeunes et sympathiques.

When arriving too the room as from seeing from the photos it looked like the room hadn’t even been cleaned broken tables and chairs. My partner is there for 56 days in a room and the man on reception refused to sort out me attending and only paying for the food and took In with partner she refused this but when I arrived the man on revelation said this could be done. Poor communication and a poor cleanliness

Bu Yorumu Turk Kullanicilar icin yaziyorum. Antalya`da bekledigniz Hersey dahil konseptini bulamiyacaginizi bilin. Otel Cok buyuk ve bu sebepten dolayi bazi konseptler sikintili oluyor. Otel`in bazi konseptlerini kucultmesi gerekiyor. 50 cesit yemek yerine 30 cesit yemek vermek hem kaliteyi arttirir hemde herlesi mutlu edebilir. 15 cesit tatli sunumu yapip %60`i masada tabakta kaliyorsa bunda sikinti vardir. 7-8 yapin 2-3`u kaliteli olsun bari. Fakat otelde Yemekleri kimse dert etmiyor gibi cunku herkes Sinirsiz Alkol verildigi icin budurumu unutmayi tercih ediyor dusuncesindeyim. Otel`de calisan herkesin bir sorunu cozemek icin caba sarf ettigini gorebiliyorsunuz ama Otel cok buyuk ve olusan siknitilarda buyuk oluyor. Uygun fiyatli olmasi ziyaretci kalitesini de dusuruyor.Birde Havlu icin onden para teminat olarak vermek bence bir ayip.Hersey dahil hizmet sunup kart kaybolursa para istemek daha dogru. Mauvaise gestion de la direction de l’hôtel

Un gros problème au niveau des différents bars et restaurants avec le service car il n’y a AUCUN verre à notre disposition sauf gobelet à café en carton pour boire une bière ou apéritif !! Le comble était la réponse des serveurs qui nous disaient d’aller acheter un verre au magasin pour être servi !!!! Au restaurant le même problème pas de tasse pour le petit déjeuner des assiettes au compte goutte Le directeur de l’hôtel devait investir dans la vaisselle au lieu de se mettre plein les poches Du coup les clients ralent et le personnel est mal agréable Heureusement que le cadre est beau et la plage propre En tout cas c’est une mauvaise expérience dans cette hôtel Je déconseille d’y aller sans une remise en question de la direction

Hôtel à éviter !!

Mes commentaires sont rarement négatif après un séjour à l'hôtel, et pourtant je voyage beaucoup avec mon travail, mais là je me dois de partager cette expérience horrible au vu du coût de la nuité. Très mauvais séjour : - personnel à l'accueil non formé ou bien lassé de leur travail, absence de considération client, ...le pire : on m'interdit de m'appuyer sur le comptoire viiide pour remplir leur formulaire !! Absence de politesse. Qu'on t-il fait dans cet hôtel de l'accueil légendaire des tunisiens... - hôtel très mal entretenu...à quand les rénovations ?? - chambre : des lampes sans ampoules, lit sans couette, fenêtre qui donne au balcon qui ne se ferme pas, pas de télécommande pour la télé, serviette de douche abimé par le nombre de lavage, pas de double vitrage (bruit)... - petit déjeuner : industriel - personnel non accueillant, et débordé ... manque de personnel ? ... Bref, je ne vous recommande absolument pas cet hôtel...il y en a plein d'autre à côté de plus accueillant, plus propre, et plus respecteux.
