Amazing!

El hotel muy bien, la comida muy buena, solo que no tienen mucho cupo en los restaurantes, y lo que me pareció terrible es que usen tu información para querer venderte un plan rewards platinum; prácticamente quisieron envolver a mi esposo, le retuvieron una cantidad de dinero de su tarjeta sin su consentimiento y aparte perdimos media mañana de un día con ese tema; me parece totalmente patetico y abusivo que se aprovechen de la información que ya tienen sobre los huéspedes, para querer realizar sus ventas en tiempo que se destina para disfrutar, vacacionar y descansar

This is a good resort that has the best options of restaurants, several good options. However, the the beache is very bad, non-enjoyable. They should remove all the rocks and have a sandy beach, I love the resort but without the proper beach, it's hard to come back.
