"On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town.
On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I...

"The room was noisy from outside traffic but they did provide ear plugs however if you’re not used to using them they can be uncomfortable to wear. Hotel was excellent and staff was so nice! Will ask for another room facing away from the traffic next time"
