“So I had accidentally made the booking right around midnight on Expedia and it immediately moved it to the next night and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to let me stay there that night instead and then because I had already used the Expedia reservation I guess it charged me, but it had charged me twice and every time that I tried to talk to somebody about this, they refused to believe me.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated. The pool area was nice, and the clubhouse and restaurant were excellent—everything we ordered was delicious. Service was great everywhere, from poolside to the restaurant, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The activities were fun, and prices were reasonable. Overall, a very nice place and a good value.”

“I lived the natural beauty of the place! It had so many great and fun activities for everyone no matter the age. However the employees at the bar were very rude and aggressive. I understand having a long day but no need to take it out on your guests. It was a group of us and as soon as we walked up she rolled her eyes and said “what do yall want”(blond girl). After we told her and showed all of our IDs she finally was starting to warm up a little. Then another rude lady with purpleish hair came...
