โBook through southpadretrips.com, that is who this property is originally managed through and it's cheaper. When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. โ
โThe view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. Several light bulbs out including master shower, upstairs bathroom, dining room, porch, and...
โRoom was very clean and spacious for 2 of us. Room service staff was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was ok but need more pleasant personality. Overall resort is good and definitely return. โ
โWe loved the experience. The walk to the beach was amazing and Ola Seaside Grill was super good. We would recommend eating there if you stay at the Sand Roseโ

โThe check-in service was nice. The surprise incident fee and resort fee, not nice. The long walk to and from the parking lot, not nice. The occasional golf cart service nice. The pool is great, the hot tub was hot. Itโs a long walk to the beach. The room was spacious and very clean. The wi-fi was spotty. We couldnโt watch a movie in under 3 hours. Overall nice, but not worth $700 a night. โ
โLoved it definitely a romantic getaway loved that everything was there from a amazing relaxing poolside n bar to wine n dine restaurant then hit a night live club all at the hotel we are definitely gonna make this our spot โ
