"The only reason I didn't give the location an EXCELLENT rating is because the day of checkout, the staff knocked on my door twice prior to check out. That's one of those things that truly irritates me. We aren't that proactive on checking in! However it was a great stay. Love the location and there's plenty of food and stores in walking distance. The area was quiet. The place felt and was safe. Definitely will stay on my next visit."

"My stay was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was nice. On my 2nd day, I had low pressure in one of my tires. The staff out front noticed me checking it and offered to help. An attendant named David said he’d watch for changes and call me if it looked urgent. When I realized I needed it serviced, the staff offered to help me find a tire service place nearby. They were very helpful and friendly. The parking lot is kind of small but I always found a space. I would try to avoid moving my car during peak time between 5-8pm. The $20 parking fee is 1 time and covers valet parking to the overflow area. I highly recommend staying at Hyatt Place. My coworkers that stayed in other nearby hotels had major complaints while I was comfortable and happy!"
