“The property was clean but was not how it looked in the pictures. The kitchen light stopped working the second day we were there, the toilet ran all night, the kids upstairs were bumping and jumping. It said quiet hours were from 10pm to 8 am… NOT SO!! I had to knock on the ceiling with the broom to stop the fuss. “DON’T STAY THERE!!!. I felt like we were in the ghetto. Neither the indoor/ outdoor pool or the hot tub were in service. The building that houses them looked like it was condemned. There was trash everywhere and sketchy people loitering all around the property. Some looked homeless. Some looked like hookers. Inside the common areas of the building and the rooms was even more concerning. There was mold, dead roaches, crumbs and sticky surfaces everywhere. Urine stains all around the toilet...

“Beautiful condo on the third floor overlooking the golf course! The condo is a very quiet end unit with lots of light and very clean. The seller went above and beyond to accommodate our very late check-in at 3am! We traveled to see a sick relative and Bernice was an angel to make a terrible time just a little bit better. Thanks!”
