“The establishment is older but its very clean and that's more important to us. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. It's cute and quaint and has a nice breakfast. The pool area and gazebo are nice places to relax. The laundry room was convenient. The staff was attentive. We spent some time at the 3 story Kittery Outpost (think REI/Bass Pro on steroids), which was nearby (as well as other designer outlet stores). We also visited Cascade Falls and Cape Elzabeth. We would stay again! :)”

“Our room, though very compact, was clean and the bed comfortable. No mirror in the bedroom area; only in the bathroom. Bathroom was clean and sufficient but very thin towels and the toilet seat was cracked/peeling. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. Offerings were minimal and some was inedible fruit and with an hour to go in the breakfast timing there was very little left. When told about the empty servers and cold case, staff just shrugged and nothing was refilled. Very paltry and...
