"It was a charming little room with a balcony. Private, quiet and sweet. We loved it! And we will be back. :) Security-wise it wasn't as good as it could have been. The property gate was always open and didn't respond to the clicker we received. The garage door didn't have a key so only locked from the inside. "The staff were all friendly. The place was clean and we had a wonderful view. Kids could go to the beach (17 and 16 year olds) alone and we could still see them from the window. Was a great get away from Smogville! We had a challenge with not know if the pass was snowed in and they had no problem with allowing us to stay an extra evening. Thank you"

"When I first arrived I was amazed with the beauty of the hotel and its location. Stunning sea views and Mountain view’s on the other side. Was disappointed with the no wifi. My room was very huge and I loved that. Had one of the best AC units from any of my previous hotel stats. My bathroom door was broken, had stains left on the lap shade and bin. Shower was out of control. But seemingly I had a nice relaxing time there. You cannot beat the view and having breakfast over looking the ocean in the distance."

"Place needs a serious upgrade, please INSPECT property as your credibility as hotels.com is on the line! There were cockroaches in room, they only sprayed doom and next day we as guests had to stay in the room. I have used this website for 12 yrs and have never been so horrified at the state of a hotel and the way they handled this issue. Please investigate!! "
