Dining options very good with both the Conservatory and Armada restaurant serving very tasty food. “비수기를이용 60파운드 정도에 시뷰 발코니룸을 예약. 도착해서 시뷰 발코니룸을 받기는 했는데 홈페이지 사진과는 전~혀 다를 좀 후진 방을줌. 컴플레인을 걸었더니 4층 발코니뷰 방은 다 차서 2층에 발코니 방을 줬다는데.... 발코니 옆에선 로비천장 공사중이고 앞 바다는 건물에 가려서 잘 보이지 않고, 방과 욕실도 사진보다 작았음. 밤에 나가서 불켜진곳을 확인해보니 4층에 빈방도 있는 듯 했음. 뭔가 차별 냄세가 나기는 했으나 하루 있는거라 그냥 넘어감. 시설, 위치는 가격대비 나쁘지 않았으나 다시 방문할지는....”

“Our first family trip inside of UK due to our children having a mid-term break. The staff are very friendly and it's very comfortable as a 4-star hotel. When we arrived at the hotel and we want to use a swimming pool but unfortunately, they are cleaning the pool so we can't use it for first day. Many families are there for their holiday so they should not clean during the weekend. The weather was so terrible with raining and windy so we could not go for the trip. “You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool. The Haven pool is much safer with wide steps.”
