“호텔의 청결도등은 좋았음. 그러나 체크인 시간이 늦었다며 고압적인 직원의 태도는 정말 어이 없었음. 일정 때문에 밤 10시 반쯤 호텔에 들어 왔는데 처음에는 체크인이 늦어 숙박할 수 없다고 엄포를 놓았음. 특히 "지금이 몇 시인지 아느냐?"며 직원이 보인 위압적인 태도는 정말 이해할 수 없었음.”
