"Booked this room due to vicinity to cruise terminals. I Am a member of their loyalty program and am used to a level of property. This property did not issue me my points, yes I asked, and it was below standard for the over $200 cost."

"Do not use the transpotation. We waited 45 min after pick up time and had to uber. When we used to go to cruise terminal. Others were on going to airport and had to wait for all the drop off first."
