"There was no running hot water in our unit. Minimal support from staff. Lack of English to assist with checking in. You have to call a number to get the passcode. No one is physically available for the Pension side of business (there is a hotel with the same name next to the Pension) until dealing via phone call is not sufficient. "It was clean and a nice place to stay. The balcony overlooks the ocean but you're on a hill. It was easy to find and everything was available. Going up to the loft can be tricky, so if you're not good at balancing, not a good idea to sleep upstairs. We had a baby and it was easy to carry him upstairs."
