“The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer.
