"Checkin was easy. Breakfast was great. You can make individual cups of coffee now! For some reason, the shower knob stopped working between our showers. We didn't have the time to have it fixed before we needed to travel, but front desk staff was very apologetic and offered us points for the inconvenience. Happy with how that resolved."
