"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. It’s a building consists of multiple units inside. I think there must be say four units on one level-I’m not sure but I was waiting for a long time, by the street. "Great stay at Fraser Place Setiabudi. Spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic location near many restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues: housekeeping missed our room twice (fixed after we called), and a car blocked our taxi in the parking lot for 10–15 minutes. Overall, still a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!"

"Stayed here for a week, and I had a very nice stay. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel facilities are nice, and the restaurant food was pretty good. We tried room service and the breakfast. Breakfast was nice, but could have a little more variety. I liked the balcony in the room. The location is very central, and walking distance to the MRT and to Lotte mall - although the road is pretty narrow and floods quickly in heavy rain. There is a free washing facility which was very useful. My only issue is that the driers were not great, and damaged some of our clothes while also being slow to dry. Overall though, a great place to stay."
