There is a huge disconnect between Expedia and the property rules. Expedia clearly mentions that they will have DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, however, when I asked they clearly said our policy does not have daily housekeeping. I booked this hotel explicitly because it highlighted the housekeeping else would have booked some other cheaper options.
Secondly, the room had multiple issues - Toilet was cracked, bathroom floor tile was cracked, both tables in the room had surface chips and I had to take photos and show it to front desk to avoid incidental charges on my account.
Also, I requested front desk to get the room cleaned, they promised that they will do it because Expedia and their rules doesn't match, but they didn't do it and the lady was not there in front desk the next day. It was a disaster experience with Springhill suits at South Jorden Utah and also with Expedia to misguide with the property highlights.
