Sea Containers London

"This was ours second stay at Sea Containers. It is so central and convenient and the accomodation and staff are excellent, We were given an upgrade, I think because it was out annoversary but the upgraded room was not quite right for us, as a result the further upgrade was exceptional. The room was beautiful and the views were amazing. The staff at sea containers are always first class, really couldn't fault them always happy to see you and help. The only negatives (and they are very small) are that our tea bags and milk sachets and some mini bar items were not replenished during our stay and neither were the facecloths. And the cinema was only open on weekend days not during the week. This was disappointing as we wanted to relax with a movie in the cinema at night after long days walking around London. But these were minor inconveniences and would not deter me from staying here, in fact I am back in October! All in all an first class hotel with beautiful decor and the perfect location for so many attractions and close to Blackfriars tube station."

"We were part of the historic misery at Heathrow when UK flights were all cancelled. The Rest Up London was a fantastic lifesaver for us! Of particular note was the night manager who calmed us and cared for us. I will forever remember his kindness and hospitality. I will also remember the spotless facility, the clean linens and bathrooms, the excellent breakfast and the warm, congenial atmosphere of The Rest Up London."

"Staff were very attentive. Check in was excellent thanks to Wy. Wonderful views of London from the rooms. Good transport links for visiting all the attractions and you are within an hours walking of just about everything a tourist needs to see. Whilst the buffet breakfast was very good if extremely expensive, the restaurants for evening meals were , in my opinion, very poor with a limited and unimaginative menus, no buffet options."
