"Excellent property"

"The staff at this hotel is always pleasant, helpful, and if I ask a question they can't answer, they go out of their way to find someone who can give me whatever info I need. The view from the Executive Double Room with River View was nothing short of fantastic. The bus stop across the street was very convenient. And while the bar poured the shortest shots of whiskey I've ever seen (might try a shot glass for that instead of a high ball glass), the staff there was all smiles and good attitude. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Superb location, was convenient to the nearby Waterloo station as well as all surrounding area. Was clean, safe and served by friendly front desk. Breakfask was average, did the job but wouldn't sing home about it. Room was clean, comfortable and east to access."

"Very nice but if used because of location by Waterloo, it’s not very walkable with rolling luggage. Taxi and Uber available but more expensive than you would think for a five minute ride. "
