“Our room was outstanding, and the customer service was lovely. They arranged parking for our 2nd car free of charge which was a relief. My only small complaint was that I chose to pay for the room at the property, rather than when I booked it on Hotels.com. Hotels.com indicated that it would be the same price either way. But when I got to the property to pay, they added a 1.5% 'surcharge' for paying with credit card, but offered no other way to pay. ”

“Good place to stay - I needed a place with a kitchen washer/dryer and this place was perfect. Right on the beach so you can enjoy the ocean. Included was car port parking and they accommodated my late check-in. Rooms are nice and comfy. 7th floor view is also very nice - There is a pool, bbq area on the roof. Recommended if you need a place to stay and can take care of your own needs. Area has many nearby groceries, restaurants, cafes, drug stores.”

“Stayed here before and we'll ba back again in the future. Perfect location. Spacious accommodation. Everything you need in the apartment and everything within a walk. Shops pub and restaurants. We were in a 2 bedder at the back so our bedroom was faced out to Pearl St. So the one downside is if you like to sleep in there's a fair bit of traffic noise from about 6:30 on. ”

“Location and amenities are good, however bathroom tap wear has some wear and tear issues. Also a bit dissatisfied that in our 5 night stay there was no housekeeping, it was my fault as I haven’t check it upon check booking. Rather then that nice stay in good area all you might want to have will stay again ”

“This was a nice stop along the coast. It was a pain to get to the reception area as lots of construction around. The rooms were large- close to beach and dining options. Parking was great since the area is very busy. The rooms were dated but clean. ”

“Comfortable accommodation, it had everything we needed, within walking distance to the beach and shops. Regarding cleanliness, apart from the dirty walls and the cutlery drawer needing attention, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and easy parking. We would stay there again. ”

“Coffee machine provided, but no coffee pods. Iron provided, no ironing board. Only 2 satchels of dishwasher powder. Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. No extra towels and no face washers were included. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. It was just the small details that let the property down. Comfy bed, clean sheets and a lovely space to relax and...

“Easy early checkin. Room was very clean and new. Ryan(front desk) was so nice to get me a coffee when I woke up at 340am and was preparing to leave for an early flight. All i said was I wish I had some coffee and he went above and beyond to get my wife and I a cup when everything was closed. Archie at the roof top bar was very engaging and great to talk to. His recommendation for local beers were fantastic and spot on. Thanks for the great short stay!”

“Great hotel in a great location - they gave us a room on the 14th level and the view was stunning. Plenty of places to choose for eating out and short walk to Coolangatta beach which was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.”
