“The guest house is in a beautiful quiet location with a great view of Portaria and Volos. The rooms themselves are very well kept, and very clean. There is great air conditioning in the room that kept it cool. The owner is lovely. Breakfast is included in the stay and though not put out at a specific time the owner always checks if you would like breakfast or coffee. “Great communication before arrival. I personally liked the fact that the hotel has self check-in. Use of post-it notes for welcome note with key on arrival, and for guests to write a note on departure is a novel idea. Communal areas were spotless, as was my room (No. 4).
