"For the price per night, I truly think it is overrated. There is nothing luxurious about it and I was very disappointed with the rooftop pool. In addition, I paid for a river view not to get a corner half street and half river. Overall, I will choose different hotel next visit."

"The air conditioners are old and emit a heavy smell of mold. I have traveled for a living and never had the type of allergies that I did at this hotel. Two sleepless nights, I had to leave early, couldn't handle more. That said the staff was extremely professional and thoughtful. My poor review is based on the property having mold not the staff."

"This was a disappointing experience. Staff was helpful but lots of issues on this stay. Fitness room was hot, no water or towels and no remote for the TV. Seemed as it was of no importance which was discouraging as a good fitness room is a must for me. My sink faucet leaked so there was always water on the counter. I had sugar ants on the credenza which was, most likely, caused by the dirty carpet. I even had a picture fall off the wall on my 1st day. Lobby was always dark and a bit depressing. I've stayed here before and was mildly satisfied but, after just 3 nights, I checked out and went to a different hotel. The whole hotel just seemed neglected."
